Zoho Books remains ADA's financial system of record
ADA Core will support operations while bookkeeping, invoices, payments and official financial reporting remain in Zoho Books.As ADA Core expands, the company is deliberately avoiding the creation of a second bookkeeping system.
Zoho Books remains the financial system of record for customers used in billing, quotations, invoices, payments, expenses and financial reporting.
ADA Core is being positioned as the operational layer for leads, consultations, client onboarding, projects, support, website administration and internal workflows. Future integrations may allow ADA Core to display selected Zoho information without duplicating the ledger.
This separation reduces reconciliation risk and allows the company to build its internal platform around operational needs without weakening financial record-keeping.
