Andreas Digital Agency is being built from an unusual starting point: a student environment in Rundu, limited resources, practical technology work and a decision to turn small digital services into a structured company.

Founder Kudumo Kupembona Andreas, 24, has spent the past several years working across student IT support, website development, technical assistance and digital projects while studying at the University of Namibia. That combination of practical work and experimentation became the foundation for ADA.

The company is now being organised around specialist divisions, a public institutional website and an internal system called ADA Core. The aim is to move away from operating as a collection of disconnected jobs and toward an organisation with repeatable systems, records, clear services and room for future staff.

The build is still in progress. ADA is not presenting itself as a finished large corporation. The story is instead about constructing the infrastructure required to become one: proper administration, secure systems, client processes, products, projects and a public record of progress.

For Andreas, the broader ambition is to show that serious technology work and company-building can begin from places that are usually seen only as consumers of digital products. ADA's work is being developed from Rundu with the intention of serving Namibia while remaining open to wider digital opportunities.
