The Project

ADA needed more than a company website.

As ADA developed from a service-focused operation into a broader technology and digital-solutions company, its digital presence needed to represent that growth.

A basic services website would not have been enough. The company required a platform capable of communicating its parent-company identity, specialised divisions, solutions, projects, institutional direction and future technology ecosystem.

The ADA Main Website was therefore approached as digital infrastructure for the organisation rather than simply as a collection of webpages.

The Challenge

How do you represent a company that is becoming more than one service?

Digital workplace representing the project challenge

ADA's growing structure introduced a communication problem. Different capabilities needed their own space, but they still had to feel like one company.

Visitors also needed to understand the difference between divisions, solutions, products and projects without being overwhelmed by the organisation's internal structure.

The website therefore needed to balance institutional credibility, commercial clarity, scalability and a clear public identity.

The Approach

Structure first. Pages second.

01

Define the Institution

Establish what ADA is, how the parent company relates to its divisions and how the organisation should be positioned publicly.

02

Design the Information Architecture

Separate corporate information, divisions, solutions, products, projects and public resources into clear navigation families.

03

Build the Experience

Create an institutional visual system using strong media, clear hierarchy, responsive layouts and purposeful motion.

04

Prepare for Growth

Build the website so new projects, products, announcements and organisational capabilities can be introduced without changing the core structure.

Project Thinking

The website was designed to behave like an institution, not a digital brochure.

Every major section has a different job: establish trust, explain capability, provide proof, communicate direction or guide a potential client toward the right part of ADA.

What Was Built

One platform supporting the wider ADA ecosystem.

01

Institutional Company Structure

The website presents Andreas Digital Agency as one parent company with specialised divisions, rather than as a collection of disconnected services.

02

Division Architecture

Dedicated pages explain the role, capability and positioning of ADA Web, Tech, Marketing, Software, Academy and Consulting.

03

Solutions Ecosystem

Client needs are organised around problems and outcomes rather than forcing visitors to understand ADA's internal company structure first.

04

Projects & Proof of Work

The platform creates a structured portfolio environment where completed work, internal platforms and future projects can be presented transparently.

05

Leadership & Governance

Institutional pages communicate leadership, company structure, values, mission, vision and governance development.

06

Scalable Public Platform

The site architecture allows future products, news, careers, portals, case studies and other institutional information to be added without rebuilding the entire website.

Capabilities Used

More than development.

The project combined technical development with company positioning, information structure, user experience and digital communication.

The Experience

Institutional clarity without making the company feel distant.

The website uses a structured institutional approach while still keeping ADA accessible to businesses, organisations, institutions and potential partners.

Navigation, media, project proof and division-specific information are used to help visitors move from understanding ADA to identifying where the company may be able to help.

The Outcome

A stronger digital foundation for the company.

01

One Corporate Identity

ADA now has a central digital institution capable of representing the company and its growing ecosystem under one identity.

02

Clearer Public Positioning

Visitors can understand what ADA is, how it is structured, what it builds and which capabilities may be relevant to them.

03

Stronger Sales Foundation

Solutions, projects and division pages give prospective clients more context before they contact ADA.

04

Room to Grow

The website can expand alongside ADA rather than becoming obsolete each time a new division, product or platform is introduced.

Why This Matters to Clients

The same thinking can be applied beyond ADA.

Organisations often outgrow websites that were originally built only to display basic information.

Institutions with several departments, services, programmes, audiences or digital systems need stronger information architecture and a platform that can grow with the organisation.

The ADA Main Website demonstrates how ADA Web approaches that kind of institutional challenge.
