Secure career document workflow completed

ADA has completed the first secure document workflow inside its public recruitment system.

Employment applicants can attach PDF, DOC and DOCX files directly to their application. Files are stored in a private Supabase bucket with a 10 MB per-file limit and are not accessible through ordinary public URLs.

When an authorised administrator reviews an application, ADA Core generates a temporary signed link for the requested file. The link expires after a short period and requires the administrator to have completed multi-factor authentication before the database permits access.

The change replaces the earlier temporary approach of asking applicants to provide external shareable document links.
