The Beginning
ADA began with practical computer and software services, supporting students, staff and individuals with Windows installation, Microsoft Office setup, troubleshooting and basic technical assistance.
Where It Started
ADA did not begin as a large company.
It began with practical work, technical curiosity and a willingness to solve the problems directly in front of us.
In the beginning, the work was simple: helping people install operating systems, set up Microsoft Office, troubleshoot computers and solve everyday technology problems.
Those early services created something more important than revenue. They created experience, confidence and an understanding of how people actually use technology.
ADA was not created from a finished blueprint.
It evolved from solving one real problem after another.

Technical Foundations
Learning through hands-on work.
As the work continued, ADA's technical capability expanded beyond software installation. Hardware diagnostics, system repairs, networking, technical support and CCTV became part of the practical experience behind the company.
This period shaped ADA's technical identity. It established the principle that the company should understand technology not only from a theoretical perspective, but from direct implementation and problem solving.

Digital Expansion
The transition into web development.
As ADA's technical capability matured, the company began moving deeper into digital development.
Websites became the next major area of growth. This opened the door to client projects, online platforms, digital communication systems and eventually more advanced web applications.
That expansion became the foundation of ADA Web Division, which now represents one part of the wider ADA institution.

Institutional Development
The company began becoming larger than one service.
New ideas continued to emerge around software development, internal systems, digital marketing, training and business support.
Instead of allowing each capability to remain disconnected, ADA began developing a divisional structure that could bring them together under one parent organisation.

The work grew beyond software installation into hardware support, diagnostics, networking, CCTV, infrastructure support and broader information technology services.
2025–2026
Digital Development Took Shape
Web development became a major new capability. ADA began designing websites, digital platforms and client-facing systems, creating the foundation for what became ADA Web Division.

From Services to an Institution
As software development, marketing, training and other capabilities expanded, ADA began reorganising into specialised divisions under one parent company.
Today
Building the Next Stage
ADA is now focused on strengthening its systems, developing digital products, serving clients and building the institutional capacity required for long-term growth.

ADA's long-term direction is to build stronger platforms, develop products, expand technical capability, create opportunities and grow into an organisation capable of contributing meaningfully to digital transformation in Namibia, Africa and beyond.
